We believe in an intensive onboarding process. We will get started the day after you sign the contract by getting the appropriate login credentials so we can perform an audit of your situation and start making changes. Within that first couple weeks, we'll also have one of our Partners will fly on-site to meet you and see your business close up.
We've worked with all of them. We have a couple we prefer, but we can work with whatever you think is best.
Yes, this is very important to us. We are both HIPAA and SOC2 compliant and happy to share all internal policies with you.
Yes. We share with you a dashboard every week so you can see the status of all of your claims. It comes with a report that summarizes the information, but you can use the dashboard to dig into the data however you like.

We take full responsibility for any errors on our end. Our team immediately corrects mistakes, resubmits claims, and works to ensure you don't lose revenue. If you don't get paid because of an error we make, we'll take it out of our next paycheck.
